Dive Resort Management Course

Enter into the realm of dive resort management with Blue Season Bali's newest course, the Bali Dive Resort Management Course!

PADI Instructor Course Bali This exclusive course has been put together to serve as an aid for all those PADI professionals who are looking to start their own PADI Dive Resort or PADI Dive Center. No one ever teaches PADI Instructors what they need to do in order to make a successful dive business. With years of experience in the dive industry, our dynamic directors are willing to pass on some of the most useful information and experiences in order to develop the best PADI Instructors into dive industry leaders.

The Bali Dive Resort Management Course will only be conducted four times each year. Each course will take two months to complete and be conducted by our company directors Jonathan Cross and Wakaba Toyoma.

Due to the uniqueness of this course, we are limiting space to only two candidates per course!

The Bali Dive Resort Management Course will focus on a number of areas:

General Diving Operations

Vessel operations

Human Resources

Marketing Dive Resorts

The Internet.

Accounting and budgeting

Stock and Inventory

Risk Management

Each candidate will get an in depth look at how to run a successful dive operation. As part of the course, each candidate will be required to undertake three internship programs that will enable them to take hands on control of certain apsects of the business, eventually leading to complete control of the dive operation, under the watchful eyes of our directors.

Blue Season Bali does not just accept anyone onto this course. In order to be accepted, there is a number of characteristics / qualifications that you should have:

PADI Divemaster or Instructor rating, or equivalent.

Minimum three years diving experience.

Management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills.

A sense of humour.

Although university or college education is certainly a huge advantage, it is not compulsary. Blue Season Bali will select each candidate from the list of applicants based on all of the individuals qualities.
